Job Role: Heading Business Development of HR Compliance Services on all India basis. Operational rolei) Handling team, ii) Responsible for achieving sales target, iii)Defining the exact marketing processes and responsible for executing the same, iv) Developing relevant business proposals, v)Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc., vi) Handling meeting with key clients, vii) Provide necessary training to sales team as and when needed, ix)Monitoring & evaluating the performance of sales team – by guiding them to move in proper direction.Key responsibilities Work with teams in evaluating existing market and identifying new potential. Work with top management to develop and implement strategic sales plan Achieve own sales target and lead team to achieve team target in line with organisational growth plans Guide team members to Initiate and complete proposals and presentations for new business opportunities To maintain an excellent relationship with existing and develop relationship with potential clients Identifying valuable emerging markets Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions Forming sales strategies to keep the Organisation competitive and innovative Identifying people for higher responsibilities and grooming them accordingly. Coordination with core Operation team, Back end team and Client to ensure timely service to customers.
