• Work closely with the AE (Sales Managers). • Source potential candidates from the following possible job portals (Dice, Monster) and posting requirements ITRM.(ITRM is sending requirement to vendor and consultant who have all ready exist in)• Adding five resumes and vendor contact details in ITRM and updates the profiles.• Provide candidates with general information regarding the company and branches. • Ask candidates to submit updated resumes or update the candidate’s information directly into the applicant tracking system.• Obtain information about the candidate’s level of education, areas of technical expertise, past experience, job history and current & desired salary.• Work with the recruiters to keep up-to-date on the hiring needs and specific skill sets desired.• Help the assistants in formatting the resumes in the required format• Had sourced resumes for the direct client requirement for permanent and contract positions.

• Responsible for full cycle of recruitment and end to end recruitment and Sourcing, Screening profiles through various job sites and internal database, networking sites as per the requirement for recruiting.• Gathering the requirements from manager and validating them.• Understanding requirements as per client Need.• Blasting the Requirements to Different Vendors, Google Groups.• Involving in resume searching from jobsites like dice.com, Corp2Corp.com, monster.com for various requirements.• Short listing the resumes as per Client Needs.• Negotiating Rates with the Employers and Consultants.• Screening the Resumes based on requirement and required skills.• Submitting the Profiles to the assigned Team Lead.• Scheduling interviews with the Consultants and doing follow up.• Confirming availability of the candidates, and passing their details to the Team lead/Resource Manager.• Communicating to the candidates and following up with the candidates till their joining.• Maintain Prime Database/ Internal Database and good Relationship with Different Vendors.• Interacting with the candidates, giving them brief about the position, roles and responsibilities, technical requirement and checking their positional fitment based on this interaction.• Preparing Daily and Weekly Reports.
