Have consultants transfer their H1 with the company while handling the profile towards requirement.• Manage all agency vendor contract relationships and negotiated all contract and placement agreements.• Established targeted candidate screening methodology for human resources department. • Evaluate skill level; manage offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation and offer acceptance/declines. • Build strong & effective research methodology through various sources like Monster, Dice, Google, LinkedIn etc, referrals etc., to provide quality service to clients.• Discussing about hikes with consultants after 6 months• Negotiating with consultants who comes on to percentage basis after certain period with the organization.• When any consultant is leaving the organization dealing with him to make his exit smoothly in companies prospective• When consultant is about to finish his project have to get the email conformation from him so that by the time he is out of the project recruiter would be ready to market him as soon as possible• Successfully replacing the old consultants positions with some one new in case any consultant is leaving in middle of the project by maintaining good vendor relations ship
