• Real-Time Monitoring | Investigate | Correlate logs from different sources | Alert Tuning and Reporting of Security Events from Multiple log sources.• Node Integration: UTM | NIPS | NGFW | SPAM Filters | Windows and other well-known node types.• Schedule Reports: Daily | Monthly | Weekly• Stream logs from different vendors | Simulate attack scenarios | Send a detailed write up to SME team for use case building and alert creation.• Monitoring the Alerts & Fine tuning them based on customer feed and Info sec experience.• Handle weekly calls with customers | Educate and suggest best practices.• Have an experience in handling more than 30 customers.• Creating new process documents which would help the L1 & L2 in analysing events.• Timely escalation of incidents to L4 (SME).• Get threat feeds from various sources and try building a use cases out of it.• Follow-ups with asset owners for remediation of vulnerabilities.• Tracking, validation and closure of critical and high vulnerabilities.• Keeping tracks of incident created and utilization of customer response for future analysis.• Perform detailed event analysis, trending correlate with emerging threats and appropriate escalate information security events.
