• Collaborate with multiple teams in coaching and facilitating.• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Scrum Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.• Assist teams in resolving impediments to achieve sprint goals.• Coach and mentor teams on agile practices and best practices.• Encourage cross-functional and self-managing team dynamics.• Organize, maintain, and lead Scrum of Scrums across teams to address impediments.• Work with Product Owners and Product Managers to align on the product roadmap.• Coordinate with the PMO and Product Owners on resource management and manage dashboards to present team metrics to leadership.• Reflect on ways of working and implement improvements for each cadence.• Identify gaps and recommend best practices to enhance working methods.• Learn best practices from the community and mentor teams in adopting improved methods.• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and methods for delivering business value to stakeholders.

Responsibilities as Agile Project manager/ Scrum Master: • Mentor multiple teams on agile practices and coach teams. • Coach and train Agile best practices through the Agile Manifesto and Agile Principles• Facilitate all Scrum meetings, Scrum Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective.• Help maintain Product backlog and Maintain Sprint backlog, identify requirements and refine Product backlog.• Manage and track various boards, Stories and tasks in Jira.• Organize Sprint Planning Meetings, Burn down Charts, Sprint Backlog, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective.• Facilitate process of deciding which stories will be included in each sprint through understanding story scope and size.• Work with Program managers on project planning, maintain project plans, track project progress, reporting.• Work with Product Owner and team to re-balance and re-prioritize work within a sprint, Ability to articulate both technical and business issues.• Resolve impediments and help team overcome roadblocks, Recognize and acts on team conflicts.• Instrumental in Project Management Life Cycle involving analysis, design, development, Strategy Planning, support, documentation, implementation and maintenance.• Ensuring on time Sprint delivery, adhering to quality assurance conducting RCA for defects in certified release.• Gather and Analyze requirements, Plan and prioritize in strategies for sprint delivery.• Developing, implementing and maintaining Project plans, guidelines, document project results and reports.
