dashpod is all about performance and fitness data being used for better outcomes. I have been involved with dashpod since inception for its framework, strategy, iterative development and outreach over the last 2 years.

As Center head, I substantially grew the center strength and business domains. This was fueled by new customer acquisition and expanding the footprint of existing customers in the region. Other responsibilities included increasing the capacity and functionality of the center, implementing operational efficiencies, vendor management, client satisfaction and evangelizing the Engineering Services of Altran to global CXOs. Was tasked with making Hyderabad center, a globally desired strategic delivery center for client mission critical processes.

Helped successful integration of SiConTech with Altran in all areas of Finance, HR, Recruitment & Operations, Retention of key folks handled, Sales and business development of all customers and specifically large accounts like Qualcomm, Microsemi, AMD, NXP etc., Worked on getting newer customers like TSMC, Maxlinear among many more. Successful in getting experienced and strategic hires/group hires.

Impactful engineering services and product engineering to the Fortune 500 Technology leaders. Built a team of 750 plus core engineers from scratch and had many firsts in innovation and exponential ROI to marquee clients. Acquired as clients and served majority of the leading semiconductor companies. Won many accolades for operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
