• Conduct detailed take-offs and measurements for structural steel and architectural steel, including beams, columns,• trusses, Screens, Balustrade and Stairs, Both Manually or using Blue Beans / Abode Measurement software’s• Utilizing estimating software (Salesforce, Excel) to prepare comprehensive cost estimates, considering labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor bids.• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to clarify project requirements and specifications.• Evaluate supplier quotes and negotiate favourable terms to optimize material procurement costs.• Assist in the development of bid proposals and presentations to clients.• Maintain a database of historical cost data to improve estimating accuracy and efficiency.• Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and make adjustments to cost estimates as needed.• Oversaw the entire contract life cycle, from contract creation and negotiation to execution and closeout.• Drafted and reviewed contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions aligned with company policies and legal requirements.• Conducted thorough risk assessments and identified potential contract issues or disputes.• Negotiated terms and pricing with vendors and suppliers to optimize contract terms and achieve cost savings including variation and retention.• Maintained accurate contract records, including changes, amendments, and correspondence

Responsibilities:• Preparing take-offs and estimate for tender and construction stages, including liaising with customers & contractors.• Coordinating project schedules with staff, contractors, customers and other stakeholders.• Liaising with suppliers, calculating materials and labour requirements and scheduling supplies.• Monitoring construction to ensure compliance with engineering plans, specifications and safety standards.• Inspecting the concrete pouring application for equipment and building foundations according to the requirements.• Monitoring the construction of residential building, water-tank, culverts and steel design for respective constructions.• Preparing and reviewing various QA/QC submissions such as necessary method statement and quality procedures. • Liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with local planning and building permits and by-laws.• Preparing contracts including drawings and specifications and providing technical assistance and recommendations.• Inspecting the construction and monitored the work on site to ensured conformance to requirements. • Managing the design documents supplied by the client and preparing progress reports and billing schedules.

Responsibilities:• Writing project bids, obtain concrete casting permits and permissions for materials to be used if needed. • Estimating and ordering the materials (cement, steel, sand, Binding wire) and scheduling required activities.• Monitoring the construction of a 5-story building and inspecting the on-site work every day. • Preparing for construction of foundations, footings, reinforcement, concrete columns, beams, slab and floors.• Drafting and submitting budget proposals & recommending subsequent budget changes wherever changes necessary. • Regularly monitoring all the ongoing daily work progress, quality by visiting the site. • Ensuring quality control in accordance with procedures method statements, quality plans and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the project management team and by subcontractors. • Reviewing engineering deliverables and initiating appropriate corrective actions throughout the project life-cycle.
