I am currently Shift Supervisor in MPP Plant . The Plant has 9 distillation column and 22 reactor.Thirteen Product are manufactured in my plant. I currently handle manpower of 20 person.

I am working as shift incharge of production department. I have to ensure the smooth working of my entire plant without any mishap. I am responsible for the safety of the manpower and have to reached the desired requirement. Proficient in the working of the vaccum distillation and atmospheric distillation. I have to prepare the document of my shift and send it to manager on daily basis. I have to ensure that the require GC report and smell of the chemical is coming.

Proficient in operation of the distillation column. Proficient in batch and continuous distillation column. Proficient in maintaining the inventory. Knowledge of the boiler and heat exchanger and cooling tower. Proficient in gas chromatography operation.

I carried out all the analysis of cooling water.I was responsible for maintaining the parameter like hardness, turbidity,chlorides, pH etc under designed parameter.I was reponsible for the chemical treatment of the cooling tower.I took care about the inventory management.

I did my summer internship training at IOCL Barauni in Production Department

I learnt about the batch distillation and continous distillation.I did all the analysis of the crude like IBP, FBP, Aromatic content, flash point, fire point.
