With over 10 years of experience in consumer insights and market research, I am passionate about uncovering the needs, preferences, and motivations of customers and stakeholders across various industries and markets. I currently lead the consumer insights team at Nestlé, where I leverage data science and analytics to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that drive business growth and innovation. Previously, I was a research manager at Ipsos, where I managed a portfolio of projects for leading clients in the FMCG, retail, media, and healthcare sectors, conducting competitive analysis, consumer behavior studies, and brand audits. I have strong skills in market research, competitive analysis, consumer behavior, as well as data science and analytics, thanks to my ongoing Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics at Texas McCombs School of Business. I am also a certified digital marketing and social media researcher from DM3 Institute.
