I have a master's degree in political science and a certification in corporate social responsibility. As the Sr. Manager - Programs at Rainbow Homes, I lead the execution of the overall program operations, helping in setting up teams, mentoring and guidance, effective financial and budget management, collaborations with government and NGO networks, grounding the programme in new cities and expansion in the existing places, complete partnership management from identification to rolling out the partnerships, donor management, monitoring and reporting.
