Job Responsibilities:• Responsible for full life cycle of Recruitment process.• Coordinating with Clients for Open requirements. Getting job description for the requirements.• Clearly Understanding the Job description for the post.• Sourcing the Resumes from various job portals, inbuilt database, LinkedIn.• Job Postings in Job Site.• Generating References from prospective candidates.• Matching the Resumes to the given requirement.• Explaining the job and client profile to the candidates.• Processing the Matching Resumes to Client and getting shortlist.• Interview scheduling for the shortlisted candidates both face to face and Telephonic.• Follow-up for feedback from client and candidates.• Corresponding with the candidates who have been selected/rejectedafter the interview process.• Convincing and negotiating with candidate and clients when need arises.• Thorough Follow-up till the candidates Onboard.• Conducting Reference Check after the candidates Join the Clients.• Handling the entire Recruitment through a Specialized software Hire Craft.• Active Co-ordination in Walk-ins at Client’s Place.• Inviting Client to Conduct Interviews in Premises-Agency Exclusives.
