As a Senior HSE Engineer, In my recent position I am involved in developing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing the HSE policy & procedures and other matters related to the construction site. MONITORING: Active & Reactive Safety monitoring measures. Monitoring Work permit system (PTW audit). Conducting Safety Inspections, Tours, Surveys, etc. Conducting HSE Audits for the sub-contractors. Organizing HSE Committee walkthrough, inspections, etc. Conducting inspection and maintaining checklist for vehicles, heavy equipments, lifting gears, power tools and hand tools, etc to ensure its integrity.  Conducting on-site investigations of near misses, accidents & dangerous occurrences. Investigating all reported near misses/observations to the management and submitting near miss analyze report to the top management and also suggesting management level action to be taken to avoid the reoccurrence.IV.
