Following up with subcontractors for implementing preventive & corrective maintenance at client site.Ensure all the Purchase Orders are closed as per contract terms and conditions.Processing all the Invoices generated from SubcontractorsCoordinating with call center to issue the Work Order on time.Preparing monthly reports of both Operational expenditure and Service maintenance jobs completed.

Counseling candidates on the course ware and creating database of their skill sets.Sending profiles to various companies HR/Recruitment team as informed by sourcing lead.Co-ordinate with corporate HR team and candidates for the joining formalities.
