He was a Major and has served in the Infantry and a special forces unit of the Parachute Regiment.Joining the industry in 1994 Sri had a short stint at Asian Paints, India's largest paints manufacturer. After his MBA, Sri worked with KPMG in Silicon Valley and later had a stint at Cisco Systems at the company's headquarters in the information technology division. In 2017, Sri founded Trasers- a business research organization dedicated to developing fact based insights on digital and business transformations across industries. Throughout 2018 and 2019, Trasers conducted the worlds largest survey on digital transformations which received responses from over 9,200 leaders from 5,000+ companies across 16 industries. Trasers is independent of Trianz and provides research and advisory services to clients in understanding transformations, benchmarking their organizations, developing their transformation strategies and priorities using fact based insights. Sri advises early stage companies and non-profits on growth and effectiveness in his personal time. Sri has been a soccer player, an athlete and is a long distance runner. Sri and his family live in Silicon Valley.
