- Working as an Application Engineer in the field of NDT.- Preparation of the scan set up with the heavy CT machines and analysing the results in the software Volume graphics.- Working with the several CT machines with the energy range of 225kV to 9MeV. (from the smallest industrial x-ray system to the biggest master of the X-ray systems.)-Working on with the machines inclusive flat panel detector and also the Line detector.- Customer Oriented, Quote Generations & report preparation for the customer services.(Technical Field Aspects in VG Software – Metrology, Porosity Analysis, STL generations, Measurement techniques, BestFitting with the CAD & VOXEL volume. Etc.)

- Testing of PVB foils, development of the inspection system comparing with the new system with the existing system.- Finding defects in the foils and comparing the coordinates with the old and new system. - Experimentation with the change of wavelength in the finding the defects of the surface inspection system.- Use of UV-light and more energy light.

- Working on the laser direction setting, with newest version of the optical components, finding out the optical density of the filters using energy sensor and a laser diode.- Planning of the work station for the worker to work over the Refractive laser parts comfortably and also safely.Instruction on workstation setup for prevention of eye damage and skin.Assembly has to be made within CREO using the various parts.- Working on Testing of laser with several tests to be performed for a new femtolaser, which is to be tested on the software before installing in the new VISUMAX. This laser is to be tested and make a complete report of all the tests which it can PASS through all the tests and also only according to the limited parametric conditions, then it can be installed in the VISUMAX machine.

To investigate the strength of the tubes practically and to find the type of failure using the device "D-Meter".Knowing the type of materials used and also the usage of the dissimilar metals , using the simplified theories to analyse the failure of tubes using the Creep Analysis (ANSYS).

-Working on different type of patterns in Casting process.-Numerical methods to calculate the cast component quality, mold filling , Solidification and cooling.-The oldest method of manufacturing process- heat treatment process, mold making and finishing are used for the production having a priorities like atmospheric conditions , Humidity etc .
