Accountable for monitoring progress and keeping stakeholders informed involved in the interior fitout project throughout the life cycle.1.Design Coordination: Coordinated with designers to get the Good for Construction drawings from designers to get the things aligned before site kick- off. Was responsible to get the shop drawings and technical data sheets approval from designers to proceed with the execution.2.Project Planning and Controls: Carried out Project Schedule preparation in consultation with different stakeholders and finalized the Baseline. Coordinate and obtain project status, track the progress against a baseline, and highlight the variances with respect to delays, and risks. Monitor the Project budget to assess actuals, and forecasts and be responsible for Project change management associated cost implications.3.Project administration and Risk Management: Creating project-related documents (Periodic Progress reports) throughout the project life cycle. Finding out the key risks involved in the project and assessing those with the right mitigation plan.4. Stakeholders Management and Procurement Coordinated with Internal and External stakeholders such as Internal departments, PMCS, Government bodies, and Clients to get the project-related details to accomplish the planned tasks without delays. Tracking of long Lead items delivery with the respective vendors to get the materials to the site in a timely manner.5.Quality Management: Carrying out the quality inspection periodically to ensure that the execution has been done without any deviation. Generating quality reports and sharing with the concerned parties to address the highlighted quality issues.
