Preparing the sales control chart and delivery control chart and circulating to concerned departments.Responsible for moving the materials to sub-con with respect to production order & follow up.Coordinates shipments with the production, quality and logistics departments based on the customer requirements.Preparation of pulling file based on the sales plan for in-warding the required materials to control the inventory.Maintaining the optimum inventory level and thus feeding the production without any interruptions.Studies records and recommends remedial actions for reported non usable, slow moving, and excess FG stock.Vendor development and ensuring the quality and commitments from the existing vendors.Effective management of vendor database.ABC analysis & classification of vendors on the basis of Cost, Quality, On-time deliveries.Achieving planned sales targets and reporting to management in weekly review and quarterly review.Evaluating vendors & negotiating the price, delivery schedule and terms and conditions with them.Timely clearance of payments & handling vendor inquiries.Responsible to do contract review for the new customers and new products. Discussing about bottlenecks.Flexible in using an SAP system. Currently using SAP HANA.Handling the Projects like Schneider, Faiveley, I-star tyco,Veeder root etc.,Good knowledge on SAP transaction codes.Knowledge of Supply chain operations.
