Engaged to develop a contract negotiation strategy and attend negotiations with the software provider on behalf of the client.Victorian Government Contractor – Commercial and Social Procurement Advisory• Engaged to develop a contract management plan and contract operating framework for a key Government contract worth over $100M per year and support the management of social procurement targets pertaining to the overall contract. Local Council – Transformation Program Implementation Plan• Engaged to develop an end-to-end transformation program plan to improve long-term financial sustainability and better position the council to deliver on the services and infrastructure needed for the community. Government Department – Strategy & Operating Model Development / Commercial Management• Developed the strategy for the expansion of the retail network for myki sales across Victoria, which included an options analysis, scenario modelling, and strategy implementation management of how this network can be expanded to the rest of Victoria.

Youth projects is an independent charity which provides front line support to young people and individuals experiencing disadvantage, unemployment, homelessness, alcohol, and other drug issues and help those looking to re-engage with learning and employment. This charity has an annual turnover of $15M with approximately 170 staff across Victoria.Currently a member of the Board of Directors for Youth Projects and provide essential strategic advice and support for the operations of the charity, management of finances, oversight of staff and volunteers as well as ensuring that decisions are made in line with the overall strategy of the organisation.

The COVID-19 Public Health Division manages the response to public health risks associated with COVID-19. This includes the provision of public health advice to Government and other government agencies, advice on public health directions and the provision of public information and data intelligence. My role was to provide strategic program level management for the Contact Tracing teams within the COVID-19 response, the team responsible for the contact tracing activities for all COVID cases in Victoria.Responsibilities:• Managing the program of work to develop the future state of the Contact Tracing teams and finalising preparedness activities.• Product Owner during the development and implementation of a new Salesforce contact tracing CRM for the State. This involved the management and coordination of all internal teams to determine the to-be requirements, ensuring the development remained in line with business needs, and ensuring that stakeholders across Government were kept abreast of progress in this implementation.• Managed a team of project managers to ensure individual streams of work are delivered within timeframes and to provide guidance on key transformation projects within the COVID-19 Division• Drive continuous improvement for the teams through identifying solutions to enhance performance for operational processes.• Provide operational surge management to the broader COVID-19 Division and Local Public Health Unit’s during times of increased operational demand.• Develop executive level communications and progress updates on key initiatives within the Contact Tracing teams.

The Infringement Management and Enforcement Services (IMES) is responsible for managing the end-to-end infringement system in Victoria. Project management support for a major IT system implementation project to replace the State’s current infringement management system. Responsibilities:- Contract management support for a $200M contract for the provision of a new infringement management system.- Management and preparation of reports on progress across various streams of the Program which saw the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from the development of an initial business case for approval, a global market scan, requirements gathering and development, RFT process, contract development through to final implementation.- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, contractors, suppliers and government agency counterparts in relation to planning, project management and support functions.- Providing guidance and support to direct reports and clearly defining staff roles and expectations as well as conduct performance appraisals. - Management and coordination of key aspects of the Program including risk and issue management, financial management and more specifically was responsible for the development of outbound correspondence of the incoming system.- Production of user documentation, training materials, and other project artefacts.- Maintenance of the project schedule and work breakdown structure including defining detail of work packages in consultation with the project team.

Responsibilities:- Facilitated a number of project related workshops covering a range of topics including risks & issues, scheduling, quality control, processing and stakeholder management- Providing administrative and secretariat support to a program including scheduling meetings, minute taking, follow up action items, recording key decisions and asset management.- Assisting in compiling the project timelines and roadmaps - Conducted and managed a number of recruitment and procurement processes for several project related roles and positions. This involved liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, creating position descriptions, shortlisting candidates and conducting interviews. - Compiled the monthly steering committee packs which comprised a snapshot of the current state of the project. These packs included: project progress summary, and decisions/endorsements that needed to be made, financials update, risk & issues update etc.- Managed part of the reporting requirements of the project, including weekly status updates to senior management- Developed a strong skill set in working in a complex matrix work environment- Acquired a strong understanding of government policies and legislation
