As a Master's student in Business Analytics at the University of North Texas G. Brint Ryan College of Business, and a Data Analyst Intern at GreenSky®, a prominent fintech company in the United States, I am passionate about leveraging data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and deliver innovative solutions for various business problems and opportunities.At GreenSky®, I work with a team of experienced data scientists and engineers to develop comprehensive dashboards, insightful reports, and robust models that empower various departments and functions across the organization. I use my proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau to effectively extract, transform, and analyze data from diverse sources and platforms. Some of my contributions include enhancing customer segmentation, strengthening fraud detection mechanisms, and driving user retention strategies, resulting in improved performance and customer satisfaction.As a Master's student, I am continuously expanding my knowledge and expertise in data science, machine learning, and business intelligence. I have successfully completed courses in SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and R, and I am currently engaged in a capstone project that utilizes natural language processing and sentiment analysis to derive valuable insights from customer feedback and reviews.
