Key Job ElementACCOUNTABILITY PERFORMANCE EXPECTATION• Facilitating learning experiences that creates the opportunity for the student to achieve outcomes.• Integrating career-focused education into course materials, designing Online Class Instruction, syllabus, lesson plans and learning Assessment.• Utilizing Forte Catalyst approved course to develop lesson plans and activities to meet course competencies and utilizing diverse tools in planning and facilitating instruction.• Monitoring student Achievement, evaluation of Learning, delivering Learner-Centered Instruction and active Learning.• Establishing an online environment conducive to collaborative learning and active student involvement.• Utilizing faculty and student real-world experiences in achieving learning outcomes and to encourage Student Success.• Viewing the online classroom daily (minimum 5 of 7 days) and assisting students in solving problems that may impede successful course completion through advising and/or referrals.• Managing the Online Classroom Environment, keeping accurate records, submitting grades and other reports on time, enforcing institute academic and attendance policies and to contribute to a Culture of Learning.
