A three-month internship that encompassed:- Training with the Treasury dealing team for pricing of spot/forward transactions and derivatives which helped me to understand the intricacies of forex dealings.- Conducted a Time and Motion study (Credense Process) of all branch transactions with a view to identifying inconsistencies and streamlining the forex remittance and cards application process, significantly reducing time lags from a week to a maximum of 10 hours.- Studied and analysed the limitations emanating from a manual forward limit setup activity with the objective of overcoming time lags and was instrumental in reducing process inefficiencies to improve turnaround time. - Benchmarking to gauge market trends, analyse customer preferences and identify patterns of demand that resulted in arriving at a sound forecast towards targeted solution campaigns to assist business growth.- Conducted a pan India study on dormant clients to understand the challenges limiting business and propose alternative solutions to management to bring the inactive clients back on board.
