I am passionate about addressing customer pain points using modern product management methodologies, particularly in the 0 to 1 & 1 to 10 product evolution phases.As payment systems have become more scalable and innovative through the FinTech revolution, I have explored newer frameworks such as MVP, Jobs to be Done, and lean thinking. My goal is to ship and iterate on product features that align more closely with customer needs (Jobs to be done, pain points through cognitive empathy). I have found that the lean product approach enables rapid scaling of products and solutions, whether in large traditional global financial institutions or in FinTech (or HealthTech) start-ups.While I have a strong bias towards action, I prefer to work on product ideas with a clear purpose. Therefore, I rely on insights gained through experimentation and hypothesis validation loops with customer input.Partnerships play a crucial role in my strategy, as collaborating with key stakeholders and industry players allows for a more comprehensive approach to product development and market entry. I actively seek and cultivate partnerships that can drive mutual growth and innovation.My go-to-market (GTM) strategy focuses on aligning product launches with market demands and customer expectations.
