With over 20 years of experience in leading and optimizing IT operations for the global financial markets, I am a Senior Manager End User Computing at ICE, a leading provider of data, technology, and market infrastructure. I hold an ITIL V3 certification and have strong competencies in IT management, process improvement, service delivery, and stakeholder management.In my current role, I oversee the shared services functions for four business units, driving standardization, consolidation, and efficiency. I also establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction, as well as develop and manage relationships with internal and external partners. Additionally, I lead and empower a team of 59 shared services professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
