CurrentSince March 2024, when six API units separated from Mylan to form Tianish Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., I have continued to oversee the organization's environmental function. In this role, I provide guidance and support to site-level environmental leads, ensuring the successful implementation of environmental initiatives across the company. My tenure in environmental leadership in this Organization spans back to 2016, during which I have driven environmental efforts at both Mylan and Tianish. My focus has been on ensuring compliance, supporting operational efficiency, managing expansions, and integrating new technologies. Additionally, I have spearheaded sustainability initiatives, such as climate change mitigation, water conservation, and waste reduction. At Tianish, I am currently focused on building a comprehensive environmental and sustainability agenda. Leveraging my previous experience and introducing innovative solutions, I aim to enhance our capabilities in areas such as regulatory compliance, climate resilience, resource efficiency, and technology adoption. My responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to reduce our environmental footprint while aligning with regulatory requirements and our ambitious sustainability goals. As Tianish establishes its unique identity and commitment to environmental excellence, I am dedicated to ensuring the seamless integration of these initiatives.
