Finance head for Manufacturing & Services vertical (with a revenue of ~$650 MM) and Capital Markets Vertical (~$200 MM revenue), reporting to the CFO of Genpact.• Financial Budgeting and forecasting for the vertical along with the business leader, Client partners and the COO. • Monthly reporting of financials and review of variances – at vertical and account level• Forecast of revenues and profitability on a monthly basis - ensure “zero surprises”• Drive business profitability through monitoring and reviewing key business metrics with business leaders• Responsibility for Pricing and commercial negotiations with customers• Work with the business leaders in formulating the strategy for the vertical and prepare the future view of the business over a 5-year horizon • Contract interpretation and compliance• Tracking and driving account and deal level profitability – benchmark between deals and drive better than deal metrics.• Revenue cycle including revenue recognition (adherence to USGAAP taking into account the varied nature of the contracts and the differences in methodology of charging different customers),
