Working for Technology Management Group in ICICI Bank. Supporting Bank’s different technology departments in evaluating technology products, solutions, and manpower resources, providing guidance on the best available vendors and deals in the market. Assisting the CTO and Technology Head in preparing reports at the Board level. Managing the overall IT Vendor Risk management for the Bank Key Result Areas:· Managing vendor lifecycle - empanelment, due diligence, contracting, vendor risk assessments and offboarding.· Understanding business requirements, researching solution specific vendors· Supporting Bank’s technology departments in evaluating and shortlisting vendors through RFP process.· Reviewing vendor proposals, statement of work, finalizing terms of engagement and commercial negotiations· Managing billing and yearly rate revisions of Bank’s major IT manpower resource providers · Preparing board level reports for IT Steering and IT Strategy Committee meeting and notes for RBI submissions.· Working on technology related action items related to RBI observations.· Attending vendor walkthrough sessions to get insights of the current market trends and offerings
