• Design, configure and maintain Network/System/Application level security systems.• Lead the analysis of new/existing infrastructure architectures, specify long term direction, and ensure engineering platforms meet reliability expectations throughout the process. • Analyze security incidents by carrying out detailed investigations, as well as liaise with customers on incident analysis and recovery.• Conduct network, system and web-focused vulnerability scans.• Carry out risk review surveys to recognize security needs.• Review threat and attack trends, develop mitigation and awareness strategies.• Supervise security logs and reports.• Strengthening the IT infrastructure through implementing new technologies. • Assist in internal audits in terms of policy compliance.

• Installation, configuration and performance tuning of OS (Multiple Linux flavors) including setting up of hardware/software RAID as per client’s requirement. Administration of automated installation servers using Cobbler/Kickstart.• Installation, configuration and performance tuning of LAMP stack.• Authoritative BIND administration.• Administration of email solutions using Qmail, Postfix, MailScanner, Qmail-scanner, uvscan, clamAV, courier-imap, Horde, Open LDAP, Mailman.• Supporting virtualization technologies like XEN, VmWare, KVM.• Performance and health monitoring using tools like Munin and Nagios.• BASH scripting to automate routine tasks.
