Joined as the Operations Manager for Desktop support for all the internal employees of Wipro. Later took over as the Program manger for the IT Service desk. Established the Service desk operations from beginning and took the operations to the level of about 100 member team.

Joined Xerox as the Customer Engineer, providing support for all the Xerox products. Played multiple roles in diferent locations, as Senior Customer Engineer, Work Group coordinator and District Technical Specialist. From 1991 to 1999 worked in Chennai, Trichy and Coimbatore. During 1999 moved to Trivandrum, Kerala as the Customer Service Manager. Later during Aug 2001, became the Location Service Manager for heading the Services business for the entire Kerala and part of Tamil nadu operations. During Sep 2002, moved to Hyderabad to head the Customer Service Operations for the entire Andhra Pradesh State.
