•My role was to - oversee and ensure end to end effective HR operation and provide strategic inputs to Senior management and implement HR Agenda.•Partnering with senior business and operation team to implement HR systems & OD initiatives and working closely with them to improve the productivity and performance.• Keep the Employees motivated by implementing best & latest HR Practices.•Coach and provide direction to HR team to achieve HR plans and goals.•Implementing HR system and best practices in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent retention, Succession management, Managing the HiPos, Incentives, Performance Linked Pays and other R&R programs, Employee engagement , Performance management Systems, Effective Training & Development, Comp & Ben Strategies, disitalization of HR systems etc.•Keep a check on Union issues, manage labour authorities and compliance.

In addition to implementing corporate HR deliverables, HR operations, ER, and implement local HR initiatives, etc.• Responsible for achieving the HR AOP - Hiring Numbers & Cost, Manpower Count, Training Man days, Attrition and employee engagement, maintaining the budgeted manpower Numbers, hiring high standard talent, timely recruitments & onboarding, Cost of Recruitment.• Performance Management: Ensuring the timely setting of KRAs with an approach to Balance Score Card, Facilitating & completing Quarterly Reviews. Annual Appraisals & Bell Curve fitment. • Design and develop circle level R&R programs for various functions to recognize and retain the best talent. • Identifying the training needs of employees, Planning & Executing Training• Responsible for HR operations, Employee Life Cycle Management.• Managing the Contract labour, third party manpower and compliance.
