• Recruiting Consultants for our client requirement, Posting our own Bench Consultants resumes in Job portals. • Having good experience to trace the requirement. • Working on all kinds of technologies in SAP. • Internet Based search using yahoo messenger, Gmail, dice, monster, corp-corp.• Meticulous understanding in IT Recruitment which includes, Analyzing the Requirement, Sourcing and Screening of profiles, Checking and negotiating rates, Confirmation and submission of profile, Scheduling interviews and generating Report.• Maintaining resume database and Reported to the Operation Manager. • Approaching with the consultants for contract positions and negotiating the rates with clients.• Arranging the client interview and collecting the Feedbacks from them and delivering the status to my manager as well as to the consultants. • Submitting weekly and month end reports to the Operational Manager. • Involved in Business Development activities with Accenture America, Tek Systems,Patriot consulting, Data man USA etc.• Involved in Vendor relationship and client relationship management.• Involved in Employee’s performance appraisal, their Grievance, Time and Leave management.
