I also represent the organization in tender execution/direct negotiations, government liaison, and rendering qualitative presentations as a part of shortlisting; evaluate current and long-term requirements to provide customized business solutions to the clients and managing global customers aimed at enhancing market penetration and generating additional business for the organization; leverage expertise in managing pre-tender activities with the state utility boards and industries.Key Accomplishments:• Instrumental in setting up new branches across the assigned territory, opening new customer portfolios and business verticals in different sectors

• Performed tests on the control and relay panel based on the scheme. Resolved issues in the internal scheme for ALSTOM, ABB, SIEMENS, EASUN ROLLREL scheme diagrams• Highlight critical technical issues and other operational bottlenecks to the senior management and other stakeholders for implementing effective remedial measures based on the identified deviations• Project Planning and sequencing, developing schedules, Time estimating, Documentation, Creating charts and schedules• Preparing Tendering documents, BOM, and technical specifications as per customer requirements, closely coordinating with the procurement team, and Sales from the Bid level to handling the project and design.
