 Analyze blueprints and other documents to prepare time, cost materials and labor estimates.  To review the purchase orders received from the marketing department.  Prepare work order upon receipt of PO from sales manager. And forward the work order to production for checking and distribution to concerned departments.  Generate engineering drawings as per customer requirements, and ensure drawings must be clear and easily understand by production department.  Calculate the materials needed in forging to fabrication and updates received PO and ensure that work order have been prepared. Check and monitor stock availability from the inventory being maintained by stores department.  Check all the materials inventory needed by the work and daily updates production output and make the efficiency report on monthly basics with department wise.  To make production plans, and scheduling jobs to execute orders on time.  Assess cost effectiveness products, projects and tracking actual cost relative to bids as the project develops.  Creative Cost Estimation Sheets in order to take Machining, Heat Treatment, Platting and Assembly Process. Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors and subcontractors.  Strong planning , coordinating and problem solving abilities in the area of production engineering  Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines.  Supervise all account aspects to assure sales team to deliver performance as expected by client and adapt on basics of findings.
