S2B Overview: The STRAIGHT2BANK was designed to provide a Core Services platform to deploy numerous business modules encompassing the Wholesale Bank’s products and services. Broadly, it is designed to have two levels of integration, one for front-end integration and the other for backend integration. The front-end integration is like login, homepage, screen navigation, common presentation functions, security integration, and in future portal and personalization services and integration to external portals. The backend integration is to provide common integration to access data, integrate to other STAR components, audit trails, and in future on-line connectivity to other systems.The STRAIGHT2BANK Core Services allow new business modules to be added into STRAIGHT2BANK relatively easier, reusing the common services provided within the STRAIGHT2BANK.Project 1 – Stability initiatives across S2B applications: Strategic themes been identified by the central team in order to have a stable application across TB/GB. • FMEA, One Touch DR, Robotization, Recalibrate production (Batch & Archival), Performance Monitoring, Virtualization & CloudResponsibilities:• Liaising with internal and external team and implement the strategic stability themes for Client access domain• Conducting workshop for Non strategic themes specific to Client access to improve the Stability of the applications• Conduct bi-weekly and track the action items for closure in JIRA

STS Overview: STS application is a proprietary electronic payment solution, offered by Standard Chartered Bank (SCB), for Corporate / Retail Customers to create their payment instructions to SCB for execution. STS is a multi-country, regional payments system. Through STS customers can process multiple payment types in multiple currencies.Project 1 - DB Replatform: It is a Hardware obsolescence project. Project: CEMS Customer Verification Module In Customer Experience Management System (CEMS), Customer verification is the first touch point used by Call Centre users. A customer on call is authenticated against their personal/account details by contact centre agent. Post validation the call centre agent provides necessary information or creates a service request (SR) and completes the call. Previously Customer Verification (CV) module is interacting quite extensively with CRM-On Demand (CRM-OD) where we have performance degrade and costing involved since we use webservice call to CRM-OD. SAV is one of the Sub systems for CRM on Demand (Siebel on Demand). Using this system, Users can view data from transaction processing systems like i.e. CCMS, Hogan, I-Banking etc via MQ message or Web Service. This system has various types of requests such as STP to post online notes to host system.
