• Here I’m Preparing Design Calculations, Manufacturing drawing including part drawing, Sub Assembly Drawing, General Assembly drawing using Auto Cad and Auto Desk Inventor & Solid works.• Controlling flow of Engineering drawing to be pass through Engineering Department. (Drawing database Controller).• Calculating the weight & material requirement for fabrication process.• Creating part codes for purchasing products using ERP software.• Developing complex and difficult design layouts sketches and AutoCAD Lisp programs.• Maintaining knowledge of Company standards and incorporate these in to engineeringDesign and reviewing with the historical data to find a better solution for ongoing projects.• Preparing assembly and detail drawings on the basis of the information and Instruction provided.

• Here I was renewing the drawings in AutoCAD from old drawings in the form of hard copies. If I have existing drawings, I will create layout and dimensioning and preparing the Bill of materials.• If any modifications needed for an existing drawing also, I re-draw the model and taking the layout.• Using ORACLE, EIS, Fastraq (ERP software) application to load the bill of materials for the purchasing and cost estimating.• A Member of Process Flow Mapping (Flow chart).

• Here I was working with Solid works to draft the fabrication parts in the Injection Moulding machine.• Working with the JD Edwards (ERP application) for customizing the bill of materials for the machine parts.

Allocating the tasks to the subordinates for machine break down.Evaluating the team performance and reporting to the Management.

Checking the vendor goods using Vernier callipers, Micro meter, Gauges, Profile projector and concluding the Quality of product.
