Some of my job responsibilities at Paramount includes:- Manage proposals by Initiating (kick off meetings), Planning (Setting timelines, assigning tasks), Executing (creation of deliverables), Monitoring and Controlling (tracking status on task completion) and Closing (submission of client deliverables).- Proven experience in a deadline-driven environment responsible for coordinating multiple tasks and projects at any given time. - Managed multiple proposals that successfully achieved milestones and complied with all benchmark and scope specifications.- Manage proposal-related meetings effectively by setting agendas, maintaining scope and identifying action items.- Develop detailed proposal / bid schedules, resource plans, status reports and budget forecasts based on client project requirements to successfully complete the project.- Review proposal documents for accuracy and apprise stakeholders of any issues affecting project status and meeting deadlines.- Manage, resolve, and escalate proposal risks and issues appropriately to ensure high quality deliverables.- Maintain constant communication with stakeholders and proposal team members to provide regular and timely status reports.- Advanced level usage with the Microsoft Office suite of programs, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Project. - Excellent written communication’ editing, proofreading skills along with English composition - Ability to think logically in solving assigned problems and to present recommendations with clarity in written and graphic form.- Promote continuous improvement by conducting, documenting, and communicating lessons learned.- Develop and edit large-scale proposals in accordance with Request for Proposals (RFP) requirements issued by governmental and private companies.Business Development Support Show less
