Project Otenga is an entity that has multiple layers: A design studio, a design led cafe, collaborative projects, etc. At Project Otenga, as part of my graduation project, I worked on revamping and building systems around the collective identity of Project Otenga. Here are some of the things I had worked on:- Setting up Otenga Design Studio (website and functioning frameworks)- Project Otenga Cafe VR (on Spatial.io as a first touchpoint for community members)- Social media revamp on all fronts (with templates for all collaterals: for future use)- Setting up, documenting all events that took place at Project Otenga Cafe during my tenure- Working on various other projects taken up by Otenga Design Studio, most of which are collaborative projects

After a year of working and understanding the AnantU community, I was offered the role of a marketing intern, one tasked with going to various education fairs across the country to showcase the specialty of AnantU.

At Anant National University, a plethora of student jobs offered every year. The Office of Student Services is a department at AnantU dedicated to enhancing and maintaining the well-being of students through effective event management and club administration. They'd opened up a role for a multimedia intern- I applied and got selected!At my tenure here, I undertook a lot of activities and roles, which include:- Managed the department's social media handles.- Came up with events (both online and in-person), whose sole purpose was to cater to the students' needs for recreation and happiness (event management).- Explored a new skill in event photography while managing events.- Learned how one can process event documentation collaterals into content curated and created specifically for social media platforms, be it posts, reels or stories.

During my internship with Writers Qi, I had the opportunity to take on the marketing responsibilities for their Instagram platform. As part of this role, I developed and implemented weekly story plans and post ideas, meticulously organising them on Excel for efficient execution.My tenure here included roles such as:- Managing and curating content for the organisation's social media handles- Sending out cold calls and emails to potential clients- Helping in curating an online education fair that had a total participant count of greater than 1000This internship has been a significant learning experience for me, as it provided valuable insights into the workings of the "real" world and the dynamics of a professional setting. It went beyond simply completing tasks; I gained a comprehensive understanding of how effective marketing strategies are devised and implemented.
