Working closely with the founder of Tarshan, built a very strong team of Oracle Communications consultants. Along with Tarshan's US team, successfully delivered a multi-million dollar transformation project for a well known satellite telephony company in US. Helped in acquisition of Tarshan by ENABIL Solutions.

Worked closely with the Software/QA Engineers from Portal's partner, Ness Technologies to create new releases and maintenance of Portal's Billing and Revenue Management product.I was a critical member of the top management team that built Portal's Bangalore Development Centre to a strength of over 200 people in collaboration with Ness Technologies – Portal’s partner organization in building the center

Kintana (now part of HP’s IT Governance business) was an enterprise software company completely focused on reducing costs, aligning IT with business strategy, and delivering IT services to the business better and faster. Kintana Accelerators play a key role in providing the revenue stream and customer base on which the current product suite is built. I was responsible for conceiving and developing the Accelerators. · As an early member (employee # 14) of this startup venture, was one of the key members responsible to grow this company to over 200 people at its peak.· Managed the creation, development and release of new Kintana Accelerators for SAP, Siebel, PeopleSoft, WebLogic and Vignette. · Defined the scope of Kintana Accelerators, managed the time line, resource allocation and utilization.· Worked with the Product Management team in determining the direction of Kintana’s Accelerator products.· Managed vendor partnership with external consulting company to create the SAP accelerator. Delivered the SAP Accelerator on time with the expected set of functionality.· Managed the partnership with customers to conceive and develop the Siebel Accelerator at customer’s location.· Managed the in-house development of Vignette Accelerator with functional help from an external consulting agency.· Managed and participated in extensive upgrade of the Kintana Accelerator for Oracle Applications.· Defined and instituted a process to train the product support staff in Accelerators and to provide extended support to our customers. · Was responsible for the skill development and writing the semi-annual performance reviews for all team members.· Managed the Accelerators team that varied from 6 to 9 members.
