Was awarded Aspire award for the same.While you are away (Java)- Implemented a batch program, in Java, to crawl Top Stories on EconomicTimes Homepage periodically.- The data is used to suggest readers any stories published on homepage, while the user is away from the website.- The data collected is used to create daily and weekly reports.Assisting Economic Times UI Team in delivering timely products by debugging, optimizing and adding new features to existing code-base. - Implemented different approaches for Faddev algorithm to compute Schur’s Complement on GPU, using OpenCL API.- Benchmarked the results on NVIDIA GT520 GPU with 2GB Memory, w.r.t sequential CPU program, for different matrix sizes.- Achieved about 30% improvement in performance on GPU compared to CPU implementation.
