Current• Handling Service Operation of leading brand of ASUS Products Notebook/EEE PC/LCD Monitors for All India.• Managing a size of 150+ Service Engineers thru 45 Service Centers Across India• Monitoring call login on System (ASUS eService CRM)• Monitoring call closer on ASUS eService CRM System• Achieving Service Agreements as per vendor SLAs• Achieving TAT as per Vendor SLAs• Ensuring Satisfaction levels of Channel Partners and End Customers• Ordering Spare Parts for All India Branches thru CRM Software• Planning for buffer spares based on last 3 months failure rate• Revenue generation thru OOW calls• Ensuring timely defectives submits back to the Vendor• Ensuring Zero defectives at Service Centers• Evaluating Service Engineer’s repair performance thru monthly service analysis reports• Providing required product knowledge/training to all Service Engineers by coordinating with Vendor• Creating/developing technical library of all resolved technical issues by engineers and make them available on Intranet and the same will become quick reference for engineers to resolve issues very quickly• Generating monthly claims and sending bills to the vendor for receiving payments
