Pasura group was established in early 70’s and were involved in manufacturing of agro chemicals and they were very successful. I have involved my self as a Director on the board of Pasura, Viswas and Arunjyoti Ltd. As they wanted to diversify in to LED manufacturing and also to establish a unique retail chain.I have recruited a whole new team and established the retail chain called “Taaza Stores” and also formulated its franchisee model and ran successfully. I have also got the technical collaboration with a LED Manufacturing company in Taiwan to import and assemble their range of products to be exported to cater to their clients. During this process I have visited China and south Eastern countries and developed varied connections for sourcing of various components involved in LED manufacturing.This assignment has given me an opportunity for a paradigm shift in my approach thus giving a different kind of exposure than that of my past experience, I was also offered prestigious membership in RAI (Retail Association of India).
