Administrator will authorize which member has which type of accessibility. The call center employees will receive the call from clients about their complaints upon receiving the request they will check the complaint type whether it is emergency type or non-emergency type. Vet Jet desk member can able to add new user and add new pet or add complaints. They will forward the call to the concerned people to handle the complaint.
