✦ Review and scrutinizing the drawings for correctness with reference to IS, ASTM, SAE AMS and ISO standards regarding raw material, surface protection, heat treatment and etc.✦ Inspection coverage for composite products which fabricated by carbon phenolic, silica phenolic, carbon epoxy and EPDM rubber etc..✦ Knowledge on raw material testing standards such as ASTM/ISO for metallic and Composites.✦ Certified NDT level-II in UT, DPT and MPI.✦ Review and clearance of Quality documents including QAPs, Dimensional inspection reports, Process log sheets and in-process check lists, NDT reports, test reports etc✦ Review and validate the process documents, Inspection Plan along with Inspection formats. ✦ Establishing the WPS and PQR, qualifying the welder as per the same. ✦ Quality Surveillance of surface treatment like Anodization, Cadmium plating, Passivation, Decontamination, Chromatisation, etc.✦ Raw materials, fasteners and seals qualification and acceptance✦ Raise, Maintain and follow up for closure of Non-conformance reports
