I advise clients in the above specialisations, particularly in multi-sectoral IPR prosecution and licensing.

At Bardehle Pagenberg, my focus centred around IP litigation in Germany and select EU jurisdictions. Key practice areas during the experience involved Standard Essential Patents (SEPs), Trademarks (colour) and Designs (smartwatches). That apart, I explored the nuances of IP licensing as well as prosecution (Trademarks and Designs). Sectors dealt with were telecommunications, automobile, consumer electronics and FMCG.

My experience at S&A lies in the realm of IP litigation. I have represented clients in matters pertaining to website-blocking copyright claims, trademark actions, design and standard essential patent infringement suits. Sectors handled include automobile, FMCG, telecommunication and entertainment.

With an experience in healthcare law, I was part of the firm's litigation practice before consumer fora at the district, state and national levels. In addition to consumer fora, I did address key arguments in medical negligence cases before the Karnataka High Court and the Supreme Court. Other activities include healthcare consultancy, procurement of trade licenses and contract-structuring for start-ups.
