I have been part of the product management team for the healthcare industry for over 8 years(Indian Healthcare 5.3 yrs and US Healthcare for 3 years). Starting as a domestic Product support executive and all the way up to Sr. Product owner.My professional interests lie in understanding the requirements from customers/users to further analyse them in creating suitable requirements resulting in building successful products.I have a background in Computer Science (Bachelor in Engineering). I understand the technicalities involved in building a successful product. My approach to build successful products is to understand customer problems and build requirements in a way that correlates with business objectives, product workflow and customer needs. I believe that a product should bring value to both customers/users and organization. When it comes to People Management, I am a strong believer in leadership and empowering people to take ownership of their positions and process. I believe effective communication is key to leadership, I strive to create a positive motivating environment that nurtures future leader and high performers.
