As a Team Lead at Increff, a dynamic e-commerce startup backed by Sequoia, I oversee a team of 40+ members that delivers innovative solutions for retailers to improve margins, optimize inventory, and manage orders. I joined Increff as a Technical Delivery Engineer in 2020, after graduating with a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology. Within 1.5 years, I progressed to the role of Team Lead, building a team from the ground up, establishing processes, defining scopes of work, and gaining unique knowledge along the way. Some of my key achievements include: Implementing and customizing Infor ERP and WMS systems for multiple clients across fashion, beauty, and personal care sectors, resulting in increased efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Onboarding and managing relationships with over 20 B2B and B2C clients, including global and D2C brands, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and quality service. Leading and mentoring a cross-functional team of engineers, analysts, and managers, fostering a collaborative and supportive culture, and empowering them to solve complex problems and deliver high-impact results. I am passionate about e-commerce and technology, and I enjoy learning new skills and tools to enhance my capabilities and performance.
