• Assisting clients in the field of taxation. • Responsible in calculating, issuing ID billings, creating deduction receipts, and reporting period income taxes every month, such as Income Tax Article 21, Article 23, Article 4 (2), and Income Tax Article 25.• Responsible in issuing and uploading input tax and output tax invoices, creating Periodic Tax Return for VAT, Issuing Billing for VAT payments, and reporting Periodic Tax Return for VAT.• Responsible in preparing companies financial report to be reported in the Annual Tax Return of Corporate Income Tax.• Responsible in reporting personal annual tax return.• Responsible in carrying out office administration tasks such as mailing, filing documents, receiving client telephone calls, as well as archiving documents in both soft copy and hard copy on Periodic and Annual Tax Returns neatly and structured.

• Responsible in payments and cash receipts, controlling expenses with receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.• Responsible in preparing reports of cash in and cash out, sales, purchases and account receivables.• Responsible in collecting and recording dozens of sales transactions per day in cash, debit or credit accurately to support business operations.• Responsible in preparing stock opname report every month, controlling the warehouse stock, ensure stock of goods available for sale.• Contribute in maintaining a good relationship with customers both in person and online.

• Contribute in payments for operational expenses, recording each cash out transaction in Microsoft Excel and making duplicate record in petty cash book.• Contribute in preparing financial reports at the end of each month and be responsible for the reports that have been reported to the director.• Contribute in detailing the cash out budget for the next period.

• Contribute in monitoring the financial performance.• Recording the cash out and cash in along with proof of transactions.• Contribute in archiving documents such as sales invoices and billing structured.
