I am a Product Management Leader with over 10 years of experience in Digital Media, leading cross functional teams through strategy creation, product conceptualization, tactical planning, technical development, launch execution, and sales and marketing initiatives for a variety of B2B and B2C products. I am a Product Management process expert, leading various teams through all the stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Over time, market conditions and business objectives change. Now more than ever, businesses must be nimble enough to react quickly to changing business landscapes in order to survive and thrive. Therefore, I am a firm believer in the Agile and Scrum methodologies of product development. I am a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) by the Scrum Alliance, and I’m an Agile evangelist. I was trained by Jeff Sutherland and Ken Rubin to achieve these certifications. My passion is working with other business leaders to develop and execute strategy in the form of products and platforms. User experience and design are the keys to delighting the user while simultaneously achieving business objectives.     I took a career break to focus on my family and my well being. I had been working for over 15 years straight, with only a few 2 week long breaks. My wife and I were blessed with two children during the Covid-19 pandemic, with the first being born one month into lockdown in NYC (epicenter of the pandemic at that time). We also moved twice during the pandemic, and now have a multi-generational household. I recognized the toll this had all taken on myself, my career, and on my family as a less present husband, father, sibling, and son. Therefore, I took the confident but risky decision to take a career break in a tough job market. Happy to say I was able to refresh, recharge, spend quality time with my family, and truly clarify my personal and professional goals during this break.
