• Monitor overall work progress for quality compliance.• Coordinate, as required, with the Client representative and Sub-contractors on matters relating to quality• Prepare inspection & test plans (ITP) based on contractual requirements and the scope of work and submit the same to the Client seeking approval where required.• Prepare Method Statements for major activities in coordination with the respective Project Engineers.• Prepare and implement the Project Quality Plan on project.• To coordinate with the Safety Team for generating the Risk Assessment to be attached to the Method Statement.• Prepare and maintain registers for material and work inspections, ITPs, method statements, NCR's etc.• Conduct inspections of received material, equipment and of work in process.• Carry out pre-inspections of completed MEP works and prepare and issue snags list and observations.• Submit the Work Inspection Request for completed work and arrange the same and obtain timely approval.• Record and report all non-conformances internally and suggest preventive actions for close outs.• Arrange to resolve all the snags and observations, if any, raised by Client representative• Arrange testing & pre-commissioning inspections of the work completed.• Report all matters related to quality to the Project Manager on daily basis.• Attend the site meetings, and implement the actions decided in the meeting.• Maintain quality documents as per ISO & IMS standard.• Organized tools and material minimize material wastage.• Adhere to the company's quality management system requirements and follow the company's general rules and regulations.

• Implementing Project Quality Plan and procedure on construction site.• Ensuring that all construction installation, material inspection and operational testing are in compliance to client’s functional specification and customer requirement.• Reviewing and submitting material, Drawings, RFI and compliance statement for consultant’s approval.• Monitor all quality related activities on the project. Follow the inspection plan and procedure.• Preparing method statement, inspection test plan, check list formats, O & M manual etc. for consultant’s approval.• Preform inspection of material and works with consultant as per the requirement of ITP.• Complete the necessary documentations for inspection & testing.• Closing of Non-conformation, Corrective action follow up with construction team.• Co-ordinates with engineers of all trades and ensure the timely completion of related activates.• Ensure and maintain calibration of measuring instruments/equipment’s used inspection/testing.• Inspect all material received on site and its conformance to the approved submittals/specification.• Follow up on day to day basic the work performance on site and assure proper handover to the consultant.• Conduct on-site inspection of all HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage & Firefighting services and equipment installation, testing & commissioning activities in progress.• Ensuring the MEP work is executed in accordance with the approved drawings and specification, agreed procedure and method statements.• Organized tools and material minimize material wastage.• Preparation of marked up drawings for As-Built. • Maintain quality documents as per ISO standard.• Preparing & maintain the Civil defences documents for authorities approval
