Cybage is developing 2 user friendly application through HighJump Software.ezyTrak Mobile App: Aim to implement a user-friendly handheld system that will help SingPost couriers to facilitate and track their parcel deliveries, collections and other functionalities efficiently and effectively.ezyDispatch: As part of Cybage’s on-going effort to improve our Service Level to the customer, Singapore Post is looking for an Auto Dispatching Intelligent System, EzyDispatch, which will interface with Singapore Post Track and Trace System, EzyTrak. The System have the capabilities to recommend and assign jobs to the best available couriers on the field based on the service type. The System improves the staffs’ efficiency and productivity in assigning new jobs to the couriers, reduce manual work needed to perform the dispatching and provides staffs with monitoring capabilities to ensure service level is met for each job that is being dispatch.

Offshore Delivery Manager (Java Legacy Systems to SAP CRM Implementation)Current Client – Jaguar Land Rover, UKProvide thought leadership and Program Management for the end to end delivery of a large Multimillion Dollar project ($2.25 million) with multiple work streams involving a team of 5 onsite and over 40 offshore resources. Delivered & Developed projects spanning across release management based on concept of segregation of duties Project Overview: Guanxi is a customer relationship management program for Jaguar and Land Rover which has been named after a Chinese term “Relationship”. The Guanxi program facilitates the delivery of a Global Single View of CRM (SAP) for the JLR central business, NSC markets, dealers and consumers. Guanxi mainly includes the introduction of interfaces to interact with the SAP SVCRM repository Via ESB (using WMB) from Legacy systems (66 interfaces which are in Java technology). All customer data currently held in various systems to be migrated to SVCRM where it will be cleansed, de-duplicated, maintained and used to provide a 360 degree view of accounts for sales, service and marketing purposes.• Successfully Managed the delivery of the complex development Programs within budget by effectively leading cross-functional teams across the world, by adapting Program/Project management best practices and by efficiently customizing the best of traditional and agile methodologies

Additionally, the team is responsible for Financial Center infrastructure engineering, including desktop and server image deployment, as well as software distribution and monitoring systems. Major Projects including Oracle 11G, and Windows 7 upgrade to Citibank North America branches.
