Using data identifying the potential of players, their willingness to play for more if provided with some enticing offers, Recommending the best suited game based on their gaming behavior after crunching data of all players and identifying similar players etc., From the data of their casinos visits being able to identifying their friends/family and providing them with group offersDuring the pandemic implemented a completely data driven slot optimization routine that will recommend the slots to be kept open for maintaining social distancing but still providing the best player experience in terms of popularity of games, keeping casino revenue generating interests intact. All of these data are stored in a cloudera data lake platform, then aggregated into more meaningful information in a big data DWH and shown as beautiful Tableau dashboards to the casino management.
